| In 1997, George Shafer started his own company, Rollfab Metal Building Products, after 27 years of prior experience in the Metal fabrication industry. Rollfab during the last 10 years has specialized in personal customer service and support primarily to the roofing industry in the Phoenix area. Architects, contractors and roofers have relied on the expertise of Rollfab to guide them through various size jobs from small custom pieces to large commercial projects. |

| In 2007, George retired but remains as a primary consultant to Rollfab to continue the excellent reputation of service and quality for its customers. His son, Scott Shafer, has been with Rollfab for over 10 years and has the responsibility as the operations manager for estimating support, detailing and shop management. |

| Rollfab has continued to expand over the years with the latest metal fabrication machinery available today and has a long term knowledgeable workforce to meet the day to day demands of its customers. |
